The Role:
We are seeking an innovative and results driven Business Development Manager to be the critical link between client business challenges and I2V's transformative solutions across our vendor ecosystem. You will champion the Idea to Value framework, working closely with the directors and platform vendors to identify, qualify and secure new business opportunities with a focus on delivering simplified outcomes.
This is a dynamic role for a driven sales professional who can identify the 'what' (client need) and articulate the 'why' (I2V value proposition).
Key Responsibilities:
* Partner Relationship: Own the relationship with I2V platform vendors, "internal selling" to their sales resources to keep I2V's skills and solutions at front of their minds and leading the administration of the partnership programmes.
* Opportunity Generation: Proactively identify and engage new potential clients through targeted outreach, networking, partner management and market analysis across various industry sectors.
* Value Proposition Articulation: Clearly and compellingly communicate I2V's unique fixed-price, simplified experience philosophy and how our diverse vendor solutions address client challenges.
* Discovery & Qualification: Lead initial client discussions and workshops to deeply understand abstract business requirements, qualify opportunities, and map them to I2V's consulting and implementation services.
* Sales Enablement: Collaborate with the technical Solution leads to organise technical demonstrations, compelling presentations and Proofs of Capabilities that articulate the tangible value of proposed solutions.
* Pipeline Management: Take ownership of the sales pipeline from initial contact through contract closure, maintaining accurate forecasts and a healthy pipeline volume.
* Market Insight: Stay abreast of industry trends, competitor activities, and new vendor offerings to continuously refine I2V's market positioning and sales strategy.
* Customer Focus: Willingness to travel to customer sites for pitch meetings, workshops, and relationship building activities.
Qualifications:
* Hands on experience in a Business Development, Sales, or Account Executive role within a consulting or technology partner environment.
* Experience selling complex professional services and enterprise software solutions across multiple technology platforms.
* Demonstrated ability to translate abstract business challenges into concrete, value driven solution opportunities.
* Exceptional presentation, communication, written and negotiation skills with the ability to influence C level executives.
* Deep understanding of solution selling methodologies and effective pipeline management.
* Relevant sales, business, or technology certifications/training are a plus.
