Contacting internal and external customers
Ensuring projects are kept on track to quoted customer timelines
Checking the accuracy of internal and external orders
Creating purchase orders
Providing feedback to the technical department on errors or improvements to the software
Checking the accuracy of drawings and internal order information
Providing regular updates to customers
Completing administrative tasks relating to orders
Maintaining and updating customer databases
Working with Microsoft packages
Understanding the core products and knowledge of each system.
Booking hotel rooms for Installation teams on a weekly basis
Other general administrative tasks

Experience:
Knowledge of Microsoft packages
