* Ensuring all rooms, public areas, and back-of-house areas are cleaned to the highest standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and presentation.
* Conducting regular inspections of guest rooms, public areas, and facilities to maintain and improve quality standards, addressing any issues promptly.
* Following health and safety protocols, maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements to ensure a safe environment for staff and guests.

* Excellent attention to detail, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of cleanliness and presentation.
* Organisational skills to perform administrative tasks efficiently.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with team members, other departments, and guests.
* Knowledge of health, safety, and hygiene regulations, with a proactive approach to ensuring compliance.
* Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings as required by the needs of the hotel.
