Embrace Law Ltd, operate as consultants for a top 60 UK law firm handling residential property matters for clients nationwide. Due to a successful 2024 and increasing demand for our services, we are now looking to further expand our conveyancing department.
Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role based in our Morpeth office. As a Trainee Residential Conveyancer at Embrace Law, you will work closely with the Head of Department and assist in managing a caseload of conveyancing transactions and carrying out all associated tasks, ensuring compliance with all legal requirements, and providing exceptional service to clients. Full Training will be provided.
This is an entry level role, centred around providing you with the knowledge and skills required to ultimately become a conveyancer, managing your own clients and caseload. Routes to qualification can be offered to the right candidates.
We welcome applications from Graduates in law or other disciplines, as well as those with a strong educational back ground.
Qualifications
* Bachelors Degree or above (preferred).
* Excellent communication skills.
* Strong attention to detail and organisational abilities.
* Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
* A basic understanding of the Conveyancing process in England and Wales.
