The Role As a Social Worker with Kindercare, youll: Support foster carers and children to achieve the best outcomes. Manage lower caseloads to allow a more personalised approach. Work closely with clinical specialists to provide the right therapeutic support. Be a safeguarding champion, ensuring high standards of care. About You BA/MA in Social Work & registered with the relevant body. Full driving licence. Experience supporting children and young people with trauma or enhanced needs.
