Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Childcare Provider to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a safe, nurturing, and stimulating environment for children in our care. This role requires someone who is attentive to the needs of children and can effectively communicate with both children and their parents. A background in medical or dental office experience is a plus, as it will enhance our ability to provide comprehensive support.
Duties
* Oversee the daily delivery of wraparound care across all sites, ensuring high standards and consistency.
* Lead and manage weekly staff meetings, providing training, guidance, and support to your team.
* Ensure full compliance with Ofsted requirements, including safeguarding, policies, and reporting.
* Monitor quality of provision through regular site visits and staff observations.
* Support the recruitment, induction, and development of staff.
* Work closely with parents, schools, and external agencies to build strong relationships and address any concerns.
* Oversee planning of activities to provide fun, inclusive, and educational experiences for all children.
* Manage administrative duties such as registers, risk assessments, and compliance documentation.
About You
We're looking for someone who is:
* Passionate about creating safe, nurturing, and exciting environments for children.
* A strong leader with excellent organisational and communication skills.
* Experienced in managing multiple childcare settings or similar operations.
* Experience with dealing with Ofstedregulations, safeguarding, and health & safety.
* Level 3 in Childcare or equivalentis desirable
* Paediatric First Aid trained (or willing to complete training).
* Confident in managing and motivating teams to achieve outstanding results.
