Overview
FM Conway is currently recruiting a professional and motivated Service Advisor to work within our Workshop division based in Dartford, Kent.
Responsibilities
* Act as principal point of contact for enquiries, transport, and fleet maintenance queries.
* Liaise with third‑party workshops and leasing companies on booking requirements, ensuring associated paperwork is received and correct.
* Utilise the booking management system to notify operational teams on booking dates.
* Check fleet tracking system, Samsara, and liaise with the fleet operational teams to ensure vehicles are presented to the respective workshops at the allocated booking.
* Raise and close job cards within Freeway, ensuring all required and relevant documentation and backup information is uploaded.
* Deal with enquiries and book vehicles at the service counter in workshop reception, list any known driver’s defects, and communicate to workshop.
Qualifications
We are looking for a professional and confident candidate with:
* Experience communicating with a variety of people via telephone, email, and face to face.
* Previous experience in a service advisor role or a similar position.
