Our client is a leading manufacturer that is dedicated to producing products thats quality is recognised as second to none. Due to exciting plans for 2025 they are looking for a Workshop Supervisor to join their Engineering team.
Role and Responsibilities:
Overseeing the day:day operation of the workshop activities
Supervise the technicians and contractors, delegating workloads, planning of daily work
Participate in continuous improvement events
Facilitate completion of workshop PM tasks as planned through SAP systems
Undertake testing and refurbishment of safety:critical components
Knowledge, Skills and Experience:
Mechanical Engineering qualifications
Basic engineering experience in machining, pipework, fitting, pneumatics, fabrication, welding, soldering
Basic electrical knowledge
