Managing Quantity Surveyor

What You’ll Be Doing
* Taking full ownership of the commercial function across the project lifecycle
* Leading cost management, forecasting, and financial reporting with confidence
* Driving subcontractor procurement, negotiation, and performance
* Managing NEC3/4 Option C contracts (with ECI) and overseeing PSC contracts
* Ensuring accurate valuations, variations, and successful final account agreements
* Influencing project direction through risk management and value engineering
* Leading and developing a high-performing commercial team
What We’re Looking For
* Proven success as a Senior or Managing Quantity Surveyor within civil engineering or infrastructure
* Strong expertise in NEC contracts, particularly Option C and ECI
* Experience managing teams and delivering complex projects
* Commercially astute with excellent negotiation and analytical skills
* Confident communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders
* Degree qualified in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
