As our next Multi Skilled Team Member, you…

Are extending a warm welcome to our guests, putting their well-being at the heart of everything you do, while adding your personal touch to their stay.

1. Be responsible for the reception desk and processing check in/out.
2. Provide a friendly and personalised welcome for our guests
3. Convey the image of the brand and the hotel
4. You will have the ability to multi-task and have a proactive personality in this busy hands on role
5. Provide guests with a single point of contact throughout their stay
6. Be ready to assist at any stage of the guests stay, from welcome to farewell
7. Handle and resolve any guest feedback and is able to handle them in the most efficient and satisfying manner
8. Promoting company’s ALL loyalty programme
9. Prepare all the documents required for the day
10. Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are maintained.
11. Flexibly assist in both reception and F&B tasks based on hotel occupancy and needs.

You must be eligible to live and work in the UK to apply for this position and be in possession of a current visa.

To help you navigate your role, and support your success you will be trained in all front of house related functions and the safety of the property and people.

To ensure you can best welcome and care for our guests you will need to be fluent in English.

Work Experience

What we are looking for:

12. A self-starter with the ability to work unsupervised
13. Someone with a positive attitude, a genuine customer service focus and the technical ability to process the nightly audit of all front office transactions
14. A fast-thinking, customer focused problem solver with initiative that takes pride in creating and delivering memorable guest experiences whilst ensuring that all daily revenue has been captured and reported on
15. Night Audit and/or Accounts experience is highly regarded as this role will provide a great career path into other areas of operations or finance

Qualifications
23. Previous experience in similar role is preferable.
24. Friendly, approachable with excellent customer service skills.
25. Flexibility in working hours essential
26. Basic IT skills
27. Excellent time management and organizational abilities
28. Demonstrated problem-solving skills and attention to detail
29. Proficiency in basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite
30. Ability to work effectively in a team environment
31. Flexibility to handle various tasks and adapt to changing priorities
32. Full training provided
