We are working with a wonderful early years setting in Bournemouth that is dedicated to providing high-quality education for children with Special Educational Needs (SEN).
Key Responsibilities:
1. Plan and deliver EYFS lessons adapted for children with SEN
2. Use a range of strategies to support individual learning needs
3. Work collaboratively with SENDCOs, teaching assistants, and external specialists
4. Monitor progress and contribute to EHCPs (Education, Health and Care Plans)
5. Build positive relationships with parents and care givers
What we’re looking for:
6. QTS (Qualified Teacher Status)
7. Experience working with children with SEN in an early years setting
8. Strong knowledge of the EYFS framework and SEN best practices
9. A patient, nurturing, and creative

10. Location: Bournemouth
11. Hours: 08:00am – 16:00pm (Including staff and planning meetings)
12. Duration: Temp to Perm
13. Pay: Paid to scale (Competitive)
