The long-term vision is to help young people transition into supported living, equipping them with the confidence and life skills they need to thrive.What we’re looking for:Proven experience in children’s residential careA passion for improving the lives of young people with EBDStrong leadership and organisational skillsA child-focused approach, putting the wellbeing of our young people at the heart of everything you doNVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care for Children and Young People or equivalentAs Deputy Manager, you will:Support and develop a dedicated care teamEnsure the home meets and exceeds Ofsted standardsChampion a nurturing, safe and positive environment for childrenWork closely with external professionals, families and the local communityDrive forward the home’s ethos of making every day matter for the children in our careThis is a family-run business where the children always come first.
