Who we’re looking for
* Solicitor, Legal Executive or experienced Fee Earner with 1yr+ in COP or Private Client
* Sound understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Court of Protection Rules
* Comfortable handling client contact, out-of-office visits and real-world legal challenges
* Compassionate and committed to helping vulnerable clients and their families
* STEP qualification or interest in gaining it
* Interest in building a long-term career in property & affairs COP work
