What you’ll be getting stuck into as a Technical Support Engineer
Creating and interpreting schematic diagrams to support product build and repair
Diagnosing and repairing electronic faults down to component level across returned and in-production items
Building bespoke electronic assemblies using documented wiring diagrams and processes
Testing products to ensure correct functionality, radio connections and performance standards
Supporting product development and redesign activities, including investigation of emerging technologies
Providing clear technical support to internal teams and visiting customers
What you’ll bring to the table as a Technical Support Engineer
Previous experience working within an electronics engineering environment
Proven ability to fault-find, read schematics and work at component level
Strong soldering capability and hands-on PCB rework experience
Practical use of test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes and signal generators
Working knowledge of tools such as Jira, KiCAD and Microsoft Office 365 (training available where needed)
