The Job youll do
1. As Machine Shop Supervisor you will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the Machine Shop, ensuring output, quality and safety standards are achieved.
2. This role focuses on delivering operational performance through strong leadership, effective resource management and the embedding of an SQCDP and continuous improvement culture.
3. Deliver safe, efficient and high-performing Machine Shop operations.
4. Achieve production targets across safety, quality, delivery and cost.
5. Develop and lead a capable, engaged team.
6. Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.
7. Lead daily Machine Shop activities to meet production schedules over three shifts.
8. Drive SQCDP culture and lead daily performance reviews.
9. Monitor and improve OEE and operational metrics.
10. Ensure effective shift handovers and issue resolution.
