Property Manager | Canary Wharf | £30-35k
I’m working with a growing residential property business in Canary Wharf looking for a Property Manager to take ownership of a portfolio of circa 130 units.
This is a varied, hands-on role where you’ll be responsible for managing the full tenancy lifecycle — from coordinating move-ins and move-outs, to handling maintenance, compliance, deposits, and day-to-day tenant and landlord queries. You’ll work closely with contractors, developers, and internal teams to ensure a high standard of service is delivered at all times.
You’ll also support with arrears management, legal notices, and utilities, gaining strong exposure to the compliance and operational side of property management.
What They’re Looking For
* Around 18+ months’ experience in property management
* Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
* Confident communication with tenants, landlords, and stakeholders
* Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
