Maintain the highest levels of cleanliness, hygiene and kitchen safety Support chefs by ensuring equipment, cookware and utensils are available and ready Operate dishwashing and cleaning equipment safely and efficiently Keep kitchen and back-of-house areas tidy, organised and hazard-free Uphold brand, hygiene and food safety standards at all times.
