Your Role as a Year 4 Teacher
As our new Year 4 Teacher, you will:
Plan and deliver engaging lessons that align with the KS2 curriculum and support students' progression towards Year 5.
Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment where all children feel supported and inspired to learn.
Develop students' literacy, numeracy, and critical thinking skills using effective teaching strategies.
Monitor and assess student progress, providing targeted support to help all children succeed.
Foster a love of learning and curiosity about the world in your students.
Build strong relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues to enhance each child's educational journey.
Collaborate with the KS2 team to share best practices and enhance teaching and learning across the year group.
What We're Looking For
A qualified teacher with QTS (or equivalent).
Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally in a Year 4 setting.
A strong understanding of the National Curriculum and effective teaching strategies for this age group.
A creative and engaging teaching style that excites and motivates young learners.
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with a willingness to collaborate.
A commitment to creating an inclusive and high-achieving learning environment.
