As a result of recent success and growth, we are looking to appoint lecturers in the health and social care faculty at the Leicester campus. Successful candidates will work with our staff to ensure an excellent student experience through the use of relevant and inspiring learning, teaching and assessment methods.
Ideally you will combine industry and teaching experience at undergraduate, postgraduate and/or professional level.

Responsibilities
* Planning, delivering, and assessing student work, ensuring all learning outcomes are met.
* Develop, update and improve course materials as appropriate.
* Teaching and learning, including marking, assessment and feedback.
* Support colleagues to deliver organisational and statutory requirements.
* Work internally and externally to support partner organisations and activities.
* Module leadership and associated activities.
* Work across differing levels according to organisational needs.
Qualifications
* Masters' degree in Health & Social Care or related field.
* UK Teaching Experience (minimum one‑year experience).
* PGCert / Fellowship in FHCA Status (highly desirable).
* Enthusiasm for delivering a high‑quality education experience.
* A record of leading a successful programme development and thought leadership in educational pedagogy.
* Experience supervising student work and providing support and feedback.
* Experience of marking, assessment and feedback.
* Experience of working with professional services to enhance student learning.
* Previous experience of course leadership, module leadership desirable.
* Experience of using different technologies to deliver teaching and learning.
* Organisational and leadership skills and knowledge.
Competitive salary per year (depending on qualifications and experience). Basic hours are 9 am to 6 pm on site. Trips away from the office are often required. Holiday entitlement is 28 days annual leave plus bank holidays. Up to £5 k annual incentives pro‑rata are given quarterly upon meeting KPIs after successful probation.
