We have a fantastic opportunity to join our Confectionery team as a Senior Brand Manager responsible for our ROWNTREE’S & POLO brands, based at our York office. This is a really exciting opportunity to join the team and could provide you with the opportunity to be at the heart of some of the worlds biggest brands. This role reports directly in the Marketing Manager. Your impact As a Senior Brand Manager, you lead the development of the UK ROWNTREE’S & POLO brand strategy ensure share growth in a complex and dynamic category. You will work collaboratively in a matrix team and be responsible for alignment and support for strategy direction with senior stakeholders. The Senior Brand Manager is responsible for delivering innovation and renovation projects as well and media and communication campaigns. Your role will include the delivery of our annual commercial presentation and customer sells to engage and excite our retailers and secure excellent implementation for our plans. Your role will ensure we deliver against the business objectives with the customer & consumer in mind. These are some of the areas you will be involved in delivering:Developing and communicating brand strategy, ensuring alignment across key senior stakeholders and inspiring the business with our ambition Responsible for the successful deployment of innovation, renovation projectsDevelopment and implementation of media and communication plansWorking cross functionally to plan and build channel and customer plansDay to day line management of 2 reports Your ingredients for success To be successful in this role you will be passionate and enthusiastic.
