Work alongside our visionary Head Chef and Sous Chef to create beautifully composed, seasonally inspired seafood dishes that embody elegance and precision.
Demonstrate expert knowledge in the selection, preparation, filleting, and cooking of premium fish and shellfish, ensuring every plate reflects sophistication and flawless technique.
Uphold exacting standards of quality, consistency, and presentation every dish leaving your section must be worthy of our discerning Knightsbridge clientele.
Maintain impeccable hygiene, health, and safety standards, ensuring your section is pristine, organised, and service-ready at all times.
Prepare meticulous mise en place to deliver seamless, elevated service during both intimate lunches and vibrant evening sittings.
