We’re looking for a talented and proactive Social Media Executive to help drive the next phase of our social growth. This role is perfect for someone who lives and breathes social, is obsessed with content, and has a keen eye for trends and storytelling. You’ll play a key role in supporting the execution of our social media strategy across all platforms, helping to grow our brand presence, build community, and drive engagement and sales through content and campaigns.
Support in developing and scheduling creative, on brand content across all platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest etc), working from an established content calendar.
Help manage our online community by responding to comments, DMs and tags with speed and authenticity. Proactively engage with creators, customers and brand fans to nurture a loyal community.
Assist in identifying, briefing and coordinating with influencers and creators to amplify our jewellery collections and campaigns, whilst supporting the Partnerships team
Collaborate with the wider marketing team to support on social led product launches, promotions and brand campaigns, helping bring ideas to life across platforms.
Stay plugged into social media trends and TikTok culture to bring new ideas to the team and keep content feeling fresh and relevant.
Monitor social performance across channels, gathering insights and helping report on engagement, reach, growth and content performance.
Contribute ideas for shoots, reels, TikTok content and visuals, helping to evolve our brand presence online and create buzz around products.
Work alongside design, PR, brand, partnerships and customer service teams to ensure consistency in tone of voice and brand messaging.
2+ years’ experience working in a social media role, ideally within a fast paced e-commerce or fashion environment.
