Purpose of the Role - To Coordinate, Orchestrate, Manage and Report on the company marketing strategies.
An exciting opportunity to work within the senior team of a dynamic, growing hospitality group. As marketing manager you will coordinate, orchestrate, manage and report on all of the marketing activities across QVO Hospitality, from small scale campaigns to new openings, menu launches and events. Youll oversee our online channels and platforms, and work closely with the brand director and ops team to ensure all marketing activity is planned, strategic, on brand, and commercially impactful.
The role is based in Liverpool but split across Manchester and Chester too. Some flexibility around working hours is required to fit the needs of the business. QVO Hospitality comprises 4 brands - Maray Restaurants, Buyers Club, Cafe Barbette and The One OClock Gun.
Key Activities and Responsibilities
Coordination and orchestration of the marketing strategy
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital,social,PR and in-venue channels.
Online platform management - (Website, Google business)
Manage external agencies to execute the day-to-day management of the website, SEO strategy and implementation and other digital marketing channels (e.g. Google ads)
CRM - creation of newsletters, management of automations and monthly reporting
Management & oversight of the social media strategy; coordinating photoshoots with photographers and content creators
Work alongside and liaise with our external PR consultant
Brief and collaborate with creative and content teams on campaign and asset development.
Coordinate paid advertising campaigns across social media and search platforms
Attend networking events to foster relationships and explore opportunities
Evaluate current offerings and devise strategies for introducing new products or services
Research market trends, demographics, competitor products, and pricing schedules to inform marketing strategies
Reputation management and analysis and reporting of guest feedback

Desirable Skills and Experience
2+ years experience in a similar role
Strong understanding of brand, digital, CRM, PR and social media
Experienced in project management
Comfortable working in a strategic and project-led environment
Process driven, pro-active, organised and with a high level of attention to detail
BDM and sales experience
A genuine interest and passion for food,drink and hospitality
