Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Fulfillment Associate to join our warehouse team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in ensuring efficient order processing, stock management, and shipping operations. This position offers an excellent opportunity to develop skills in warehouse management systems, materials handling, and logistics within a dynamic environment. The Fulfillment Associate will be responsible for maintaining high standards of accuracy and safety while supporting the overall flow of goods through our facility.

Responsibilities
* Handle materials efficiently, including picking, packing, and preparing orders for dispatch
* Manage stock levels through accurate stocking and inventory control
* Utilise warehouse management systems to track and update order statuses and stock movements
* Assist with shipping and receiving activities, ensuring correct documentation and timely dispatch
* Conduct quality control checks to verify order accuracy and product integrity
* Load and unload lorries, ensuring safe handling of heavy or bulky items
* Maintain a clean, organised, and safe working environment at all times
* Support continuous improvement initiatives related to warehouse processes
Requirements

* Good physical fitness with the ability to stand for extended periods and perform manual tasks
