As a Managing Consultant with expertise in Change Management, you will deliver complex client business transformation initiatives across a variety of sectors, focusing on high‑impact change within Consumer Products and Retail. You will help clients navigate outsourcing and broader transformation programmes by shaping and delivering change initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
* Client Delivery: Lead delivery of key workstreams or medium‑sized and complex client business transformation initiatives; manage client contracts, budgets, and resourcing profile.
* Lead teams on client delivery and mentor/coach junior team members, enabling capability development and team growth.
* Business Development: Drive development of new Change Management offerings by leveraging existing assets and incorporating fresh insights to strengthen our approach and services.
* Internal Contribution: Play a role in the Programme and Change Practice, enacting and delivering on the 2026 strategy.
* Contribute to business and personal growth through proposals, RFPs, bids, client pitches, internal think‑tanks, whitepapers, practice development, and training/certifications.
Profile
Essential Skills
* Proven experience leading global outsourcing and transformation programmes, including end‑to‑end design and delivery of employee transition strategies; managing workforce transitions across jurisdictions while ensuring compliance and risk management.
* Experience delivering complex, multi‑supplier transformation initiatives across various industries including Consumer Products and Retail.
* Strategic change management expertise, stakeholder management and change delivery.
* Current employment in a major consulting firm.
* Commercial acumen to structure deals for mutual benefit; ability to enhance change leadership through automation, advanced tooling, and tailored methodologies; proven ability to foster and grow client relationships.
* Experience with multiple delivery approaches and methodologies, particularly hybrid delivery models combining traditional change approaches with Agile frameworks.
Desirable Skills & Experience
* Relevant qualifications: PROSCI Change Practitioner, APMG Change qualifications or equivalent; PRINCE2 Practitioner or agile equivalents; MSP, MoP, and/or P3O from Axelos.
* Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organisation and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
* Experience building propositions and leading the transition from sales into delivery.
