At Atomic, we’ve built a strong reputation for helping ambitious organisations create exceptional digital products and experiences. We’re proud of the impact we have for our clients and the quality of the work we deliver. But we know there’s an opportunity to do a much better job of telling our own story. As we continue to grow, we’re investing more deliberately in how we position Atomic in the market, build our profile, support business development, and communicate the value we bring to clients. That’s where this role comes in.
We’re looking for an experienced Marketing & Communications Manager to help shape and drive that next stage of growth. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys combining strategic thinking with delivery. Someone who can develop ideas and then roll their sleeves up to make them happen, whether that’s creating content, running campaigns, supporting Client Partners, organising events and roundtables, managing communications, or helping generate meaningful commercial opportunities.
We’re looking for someone who is comfortable working in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and who enjoys working closely with cross‑functional teams. Experience within an agency, consultancy, or digital product environment would be a strong fit. You’ll initially operate in a standalone marketing role, but with plenty of support from the wider business, including experienced leaders, designers, technical specialists, and client‑facing teams. This is a genuine opportunity to help shape how marketing evolves within Atomic and have a visible impact on the business.
There’s a lot of opportunity here to;
* help define our voice and positioning
* elevate our profile in the market
* strengthen how we support growth across existing and new clients
* build a modern, commercially‑minded marketing function over time
Blank canvas? In many ways, yes. But for the right person, we think that’s exactly what makes this role exciting.
If this sounds like something you’d enjoy being part of, we’d love to hear from you.
