Kendall Kingscott (KK) is a UK-based, multidisciplinary construction consultancy offering opportunities across architecture, building surveying, project management, quantity surveying, principal design, interior design, M&E engineering and more. We are looking for Architectural Technologists at all levels to join our teams in Bristol and Ringwood. Your Role in the Team
* Collaborate with Architects, Surveyors and other professionals
* Develop detailed design and construction information
* Support or lead the preparation of Planning and Building Regulation submissions
* Attend and contribute to site meetings and client communications
* Develop your technical knowledge to create innovative and sustainable design solutions
* Stay up to date with relevant standards, technology and industry developments
Individual Duties (typical)
* Produce accurate technical and detailed design drawings
* Work collaboratively to translate design concepts into high-quality construction documents
* Liaise with consultants, contractors and other stakeholders to support smooth project delivery
* Visit sites to monitor progress and resolve technical issues
* Embrace a multidisciplinary, team-based approach to project work
Skills and Requirements (varied by level)
* A degree in Architectural Technology
* Working knowledge of UK Building Regulations, construction methods and detailing
* Understanding of RIBA stages, especially stages 3 – 7
* MCIAT status (for more experienced candidates)
* A valid UK driving licence
Knowledge
* Microsoft 365 and Teams
* Revit
* Vectorworks (desirable)
* Strong IT and digital communication skills
