Our client, a leading international company in the renewable energy sector, is looking for an experienced HR Advisor / HR Business Partner to support their operations in the Benelux region (Netherlands & Belgium). This is a fantastic opportunity for an HR professional who thrives in a dynamic environment and enjoys working independently.
Function description
1. Act as a trusted HR partner for business leaders and employees in the Netherlands & Belgium.
2. Provide guidance on labor law compliance, employment contracts, and HR policies.
3. Manage employee relations, including performance management, conflict resolution, and workplace policies.
4. Support talent acquisition, onboarding, and workforce planning initiatives.
5. Lead and support HR projects aligned with business goals.
6. Ensure seamless HR operations in collaboration with regional and global HR teams.
7. Travel regularly to Belgium offices to support local HR needs.
Requirements
1. Proven experience in an HR Advisory / HRBP role within an international company.
2. Strong knowledge of Dutch & Belgian labor laws and HR best practices.
3. Ability to work independently while aligning with regional and global HR strategies.
4. Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
5. Fluent in English and Dutch; French is a plus.
6. Availability to commit to the full period (May 2025 - January 2026).
