Ready to take the next step in your social media career? Join our dynamic Marketing, Recruitment and Communications department and play a key role in shaping how the University of Portsmouth engages with prospective and current students across our digital platforms.
Responsibilities
* Coordinate Student Ambassadors
* Create and optimise social content
* Monitor online conversations
* Contribute to large‑scale recruitment and university events
* Help deliver meaningful engagement, manage ambassador activity, and support sentiment and reputation‑management work
Qualifications
* Experience managing or supporting social media engagement across multiple channels
* Strong organisational skills, with the ability to manage workflows, deadlines and stakeholders
* Excellent written communication and an understanding of how to adapt tone for different audiences
* Confidence in interpreting data, insights and sentiment to inform decision‑making
* A creative mindset, with the ability to develop content and engagement approaches that resonate with students
* Experience line managing or mentoring would be beneficial
