Job Description – Account Manager – Client Services
Location: Surrey, United Kingdom (Hybrid – 3 days office / 2 days WFH post-probation)
Salary: £30,000 + £3,000 car allowance (Depending on Experience)

The Role:
Our client is looking for a dedicated and client-focused Account Administrator / Manager to join their high-performing team. Your primary focus will be delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining strong client communication, and ensuring each account receives tailored, high-impact support.
You will act as the key point of contact for clients, helping them maximize the value of services and building long-term, trusted relationships. This role is ideal for someone passionate about client care, problem-solving, and delivering outstanding service in every interaction.
Key Responsibilities:
* Manage a portfolio of client accounts across the UK with a focus on top-tier customer service.
* Build and maintain trusted relationships with key client stakeholders through regular, clear communication.
* Act as the main point of contact, ensuring client needs are understood and met.
* Lead client onboarding, service mobilisation, and ongoing account reviews to ensure satisfaction.
* Handle issues and escalations proactively, liaising with suppliers and internal teams for timely resolutions.
* Monitor account performance, review invoices and contracts, and provide data-driven reports.
What We’re Looking For:
* Experience in account administration, management, client service, or CRM roles.
* Full UK driving licence and within a commutable distance to Surrey.
* Confident and personable communicator who thrives on building client relationships.
* Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, Outlook, and Word.
* Problem-solving mindset, calm under pressure.
* Interest in service delivery, continuous improvement, and client partnerships.
