Fixed-term Assistant Shop Manager position (21 hours per week, plus additional hours to cover holidays) in Exmouth, England. Contract until 31 October 2026.
Pay: £14,018.92 pro‑rata.

Key responsibilities
* Assist the Shop Manager in driving sales and profits.
* Guide shop staff and volunteers in delivering high‑quality customer service.
* Lead the shop in the absence of the Shop Manager, inspiring and empowering the team.
* Communicate with local community to promote and support the shop.
Requirements
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

* Ability to lead, inspire and empower people around you.
* Creative thinking and problem‑solving skills.
* Working knowledge of retail shop operations (preferred).
