Conveyancing Secretary We are seeking an experienced Conveyancing Secretary to join our busy and well-respected property department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential conveyancing and be confident supporting fee earners with a range of administrative and secretarial tasks. Key Responsibilities * Providing full secretarial support to conveyancing fee earners * Audio and copy typing of legal documents and correspondence * Managing diaries and scheduling appointments * Preparing contract packs, Land Registry applications, and SDLT forms * Opening, maintaining, and closing client files (both paper and electronic) * Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors * Handling telephone and email enquiries in a professional and courteous manner * Assisting with the post-completion process * General administrative duties including filing, photocopying, and scanning Person Specification * Previous experience in a conveyancing/legal secretarial role essential * Strong audio and copy typing skills * Familiarity with case management systems * Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills * Confident communicator with a professional telephone manner * Able to work independently and as part o...
