Location: LancasterPosition: Temporary Tenancy CoordinatorDuration: Minimum 2 months with potential for temp-to-permPay: £19 per hour (via umbrella)About the Role:We are seeking a dedicated and organised Tenancy Coordinator to manage a portfolio of 200 student properties in Lancaster. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for property management and excellent customer service skills.Key Responsibilities:
* Managing Lettings:Oversee the entire lettings process, including sign-ups and managing voids.
* Property Viewings:Conduct property viewings for prospective tenants.
* Rent Collection:Ensure timely collection of rent and manage any related queries.
* Complaint Handling:Address and resolve tenant complaints efficiently.
* Maintenance Coordination:Raise repair requests and liaise with contractors to ensure timely completion.
* Tenant Support:Provide exceptional support to tenants throughout their tenancy.
Requirements:
* Previous experience in property management or a related field.
* Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Familiarity with student lettings is a plus.
