Pipe/Vessel Fabricator

Overview
Are you a skilled fabricator with a background in pressure pipework or vessel construction? An exciting opportunity has arisen for a motivated and adaptable individual to join a growing production team within a well-established manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities
* Carry out fabrication duties in line with quality standards and engineering best practices
* Safely operate tools such as oxyacetylene cutters, plasma cutters, and other fabrication equipment
* Undertake simple T.I.G welding tasks (non-coded)
* Interpret and work from engineering drawings with precision
* Recommend process improvements and assist in technical discussions
* Contribute to peripheral tasks including assembly and packing where needed
* Maintain excellent housekeeping and safety standards in the workplace
Essential Requirements
* Proven experience in fabricating pressure pipework or vessels
* Competent in the use of fabrication tools and welding for basic applications
* Strong understanding of engineering drawings
* Reliable, proactive, and detail-oriented
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* GCSE Grade 4/C or above in Maths and English preferred but not essential

Working Hours
40-hour week:
Monday–Thursday: 8.5-hour shift (with 30-minute lunch)
Friday: 6-hour shift (no lunch break)
Overtime available based on workload
