Are you a strategic marketer ready to take ownership of high-impact initiatives at a growing tech brand? We’re looking for a Marketing Manager to elevate our brand, drive demand, and position us as a leader in AI-powered IT Managed Services.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll own key marketing functions across brand, content, digital, social, and integrated campaigns. You'll work closely with leadership and sales to build measurable marketing programmes that convert.

📊 Campaigns & Demand Gen
• Plan and execute integrated campaigns to drive leads and revenue
• Align tightly with sales on goals, KPIs, and pipeline growth
• Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track, report, and optimise campaign performance
💡 Brand & Positioning
• Shape and evolve the brand identity to align with our AI-led vision
• Ensure consistent messaging across all channels
• Partner with CRO to align brand with business strategy
📝 Content & Thought Leadership
• Create compelling content (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, etc.)
• Own the editorial calendar and buyer journey alignment
• Activate campaigns via email, automation, and social media
• Use AI tools for personalisation, A/B testing, and performance insights
🌐 Digital & Website
• Own the website – content, SEO, UX, and analytics
• Drive improvements in organic traffic and conversion rates
📣 Social & Campaign Execution
• Develop a strong LinkedIn presence and content rhythm
• Run targeted email and paid campaigns to drive qualified leads
🤝 Partner & Event Marketing
• Co-develop campaigns with partners like AWS, CyberArk, and Zscaler
• Plan and run joint events, webinars, and workshops
• Create co-branded assets and shared lead-gen activities
✅ About You
• Proven B2B marketing experience in tech, SaaS, or managed services
• Experience positioning complex solutions – ideally in AI, cyber, or IT services
• Strong copywriting, content strategy, and campaign execution skills
• Data-driven, with a test-and-learn mindset
• Able to collaborate cross-functionally and drive results independently
