Now we’re looking for a Client Services Lead to run the show across onboarding, implementation, support, and account management - and help us build a standout client experience as we scale.
What you’ll do
* Own the full post-sale journey - from discovery to adoption
* Lead and grow the team across Implementation, Support & Data Migration
* Launch new Account Management and Customer Success functions
* Segment clients, define tiered service models, and track success metrics
* Handle escalations and strategic accounts with confidence
* Build out toolkits, playbooks and automation to scale service
* Collaborate with Sales and Product to drive usage and upsell
* Champion the client voice internally and constantly push for better
What we’re looking for
* You’ve led onboarding, client services or delivery teams at a SaaS, CRM or fintech company
* You’re hands-on with clients, commercially savvy, and love scaling good process
* You’re comfortable wearing multiple hats - team coach, delivery lead, problem solver
* Bonus if you’ve worked with adviser tech or UK financial services
