Join Müller as a UK Recruitment Advisor
Are you passionate about recruitment and ready to make a real impact? Müller is looking for a proactive and collaborative Recruitment Advisor to join our dynamic HR team. In this role, you'll take full ownership of the recruitment process, working closely with hiring managers to deliver a seamless and engaging candidate experience.
While the UK Recruitment Team supports all business units and functions across the Müller Group, this particular role is dedicated to supporting the Müller Milk & Ingredients Distribution (MMID) business area. A strong background in logistics recruitment is desirable to effectively manage the unique hiring needs of multiple distribution depots and ensure alignment with operational demands.
* Location: Market Drayton / Hybrid
* Contract: Full-Time | Permanent
* Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday (40 hours)
UK Recruitment Tasks & Responsibilities
* Manage end-to-end recruitment processes using SuccessFactors, including raising requisitions, advertising, CV sifting, and supporting hiring managers with right-to-work checks, drafting offer paperwork, and coordinating with HR Admin for contracts.
* Conduct recruitment planning calls and provide sourcing strategy advice.
* Utilise direct sourcing methods including job boards, LinkedIn, and internal networks.
* Build strong relationships with hiring managers to ensure effective hiring.
* Champion Müller’s employer brand and ensure a positive candidate journey from application to onboarding.
Key Skills & Experience
* Experience in recruitment, ideally in an in-house or RPO setting.
* Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple vacancies.
* A collaborative mindset and a passion for delivering excellent service.
