We have an exciting opportunity for a Paint Plant Operative to join Stannah, based at Watt Close, Andover.
This job will involve the bunging, loading, and unloading of components for painting, as well as placing components onto specific trolleys and transporting them to their designated locations.
As the Paint Plant Operative, you will work Monday - Thursday 05:45 - 14:00, Friday 05:45 - 12:15., you will receive a 15% shift uplift. This role is offered on a permanent contract.

To be successful as the Paint Plant Operative, it is essential that you have previous experience in a modern manufacturing environment. Experience with continuous improvement processes would be desirable.
Paint Plant Operative Responsibilities:
* Bunging, hanging, and unloading components as per drawings and procedures
* Transporting finished parts to designated locations
* Inspecting work to ensure quality standards are met
* Following health, safety, and environmental policies
* Maintaining housekeeping and reporting near misses or hazards
Paint Plant Operative Requirements:
* Experience in a modern manufacturing environment
* Ability to work well as part of a team
* Physically fit and able to carry out manual tasks
* Self-motivated with minimal supervision required
* Flexible approach to working hours and job duties
