. Your Role: What Will You Be Doing?
As a Recovery Worker, you will play a vital role in managing a caseload of clients who need early intervention or prevention support for their mental health. Your responsibilities will include: Delivering engaging group activities and programs. Co-producing support plans with service users. Empowering clients to connect with professionals and community services. Developing peer support networks and monitoring wellbeing and safety. Addressing all safeguarding concerns promptly. Collaborating with colleagues to ensure smooth service operations. Participating in regular supervision and professional development. What Do You Need to Bring?
We are looking for someone who embodies our values and is eager to learn. While you don’t need to meet every requirement right away, here’s what we hope you’ll bring: Experience supporting individuals with mental health and/or dual diagnosis. Strong knowledge of mental health conditions and recovery approaches. Excellent communication and partnership-building skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Experience in planning and delivering initiatives like groups or events. Strong organizational, IT, and administrative skills. A solid understanding of safeguarding and risk assessment.
