Customer Service Apprentice - Fixed Term Contract – 18 months
We are looking to recruit a Customer Service Apprentice to join our team based from our office in Barleylands, CM11 2UF.
About the Role .
As a Customer Service Apprentice, you will train to deliver the highest quality service, working efficiently and safely in line with best practice, whilst achieving excellent customer experience results.
As our Customer Service Apprentice, you will also be completing a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship through Get Set UK. This is an in house apprenticeship, with regular online communication with the training provider.
About You
* A positive, can-do attitude to work.
* Excellent customer service skills
* Able to work as part of a team.
* Capable of using your own initiative
* GCSE Maths and English which is grade 4-9 (C-A*) or Functional Skills Level 2 is essential.
