Overview
NRL is supporting one of the main EPC Contractors on the Teesside NZT Power Project in the search for Sectional Engineers to work on an ongoing contract basis.
Responsibilities
* Checking technical information (specifications and drawings).
* Oversee day to day operations.
* Coordinate Site teams and subcontractors.
* Identify ambiguities or shortcomings and submit Technical Queries to enable their resolution; take off materials from drawings.
* Ensure the Site Engineers are fully conversant with the construction methodology for the civil engineering works.
* Manage the development of HSEQ controls for the civil engineering works.
* Manage the detailed look‑ahead programme for the civil engineering works.
* Delegate dimensional control to the Site Engineers and ensure that the Temporary and Permanent Works are consistently and accurately set out.
