The Valuation Surveyor Opportunity
TheValuation Surveyorwill be responsible for:
1. Providing professional services to a diverse clientele, ranging from private clients and financial institutions to pension funds and other esteemed professional service providers. Our services span across the retail, office, industrial, and residential sectors.
2. Conducting valuations for various purposes, including secured and non-secured lending, all across the beautiful landscape of Devon.
3. Taking on the exciting responsibility of landlord & tenant work, encompassing tasks like lease renewals, re-gears, and rent reviews for a broad spectrum of clients, both on the landlord's and tenant's side.
