Churches Fire and Security Ltd is an industry‑leading national fire security business that is rapidly growing and seeking a proactive and motivated professional to join the team. We have a track record of providing fantastic opportunities to candidates throughout the country and are seeking a Key Accounts Administrator.


Purpose of the job

Key Accounts has overall responsibility for day‑to‑day administrative duties for Churches Fire key customers. You will provide high‑level administrative support to our customers and work closely with the KAE’s and National Account Manager to ensure customers receive an excellent service.


Responsibilities

* Provide support and liaise between the customer and internal teams to ensure any KPIs or Service Level Agreements on the accounts are met.
* Ensure all accounts data is updated.
* Complete daily, weekly and monthly tasks as assigned to support large national customers.
* Answer the phone when call volumes exceed normal levels or when assigned to overflow.
* Upload documents to customer‑specific portals in line with their contract requirements as required.
* Proactively identify ways to improve our processes to be as automated as possible through good knowledge of NAV.
* Maintain information on the customer comments in NAV and on all intranet/SharePoint platforms.
* Have a good understanding of fire‑security products to assist in the management of the account, your commerciality, and the positive views the customer has about Churches Fire.
* Maintain excellent liaison and communication with all customers and departments.
