Who You Are You are an experienced Approved Mental Health Professional (AMHP) and social worker with a minimum of three years of experience working with adults in community mental health or local primary mental health settings. You have a deep understanding of current mental health legislation, risk assessment, and community resource management. You have a commitment to lifelong learning and continuous professional development. What the job involves This role involves arranging and coordinating assessments under the Mental Health Act 1983, collaborating with the Crisis Home Treatment Team and other partners, and identifying community resources to support care delivery. You will manage risk and ensure timely service delivery, maintain records, and contribute to team and service development. You will also promote equality, uphold health and safety standards, and respect confidentiality while making lawful disclosures when needed.
