We’re working with a brilliant SEND school that’s looking for caring, committed Teaching Assistants to join their team in September. You’ll be supporting students with autism, helping them to learn, grow, and feel confident in the classroom.
What you’ll be doing:
* Working 1:1 and in small groups to support learning and social development
* Creating a calm, positive space where students can thrive
* Supporting communication, sensory, and behaviour needs with patience and understanding
* Collaborating with teachers, therapists, and support staff to give every pupil the best possible day
What you’ll need:
* A recent degree (any subject welcome – psychology, education, and related fields a bonus)
* A positive, resilient, and proactive approach
* Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn
* Experience with children or young people (paid or voluntary) is great, but not essential
