Person Specification
Essential
• Degree in PE, Sport, or a related subject.
• QTS/PGCE (or equivalent).
• Strong subject knowledge and practical teaching ability.
• Commitment to safeguarding and student wellbeing.
Desirable
• Experience teaching A-Level PE or BTEC Sport.
• Coaching qualifications or specialist sport expertise.
• Experience leading extracurricular programmes.
