Location: Cheltenham (Hybrid)

Salary: £65,000-£90,000 (depending on experience)
A highly regarded regional law firm is seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Property Solicitor (6-9 PQE or 10+ PQE) to join its established and well-respected Commercial Property team in Cheltenham. The Role
* Freehold and leasehold transactions
* Sales and purchases
* Commercial leases
* Refinancing matters
* Landlord and tenant work
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships
* Supporting and collaborating with colleagues across the team
* Contributing to business development initiatives
Candidate Requirements
* 6-9 years PQE or 10+ PQE in commercial property
* A loyal client base or strong client facing experience
* Broad commercial property expertise across core transactional areas
* Excellent communication and relationship building skills
* Confidence managing matters independently
* Strong technical ability and attention to detail
* A proactive, enthusiastic approach to work and business development
* Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment
