We’re now looking for a Business Development Manager to drive our commercial growth in the due diligence and specialist investigations space.
Job Responsibilities:
* Develop and execute a growth strategy for specialist investigations and due diligence services.
* Drive new business across legal, financial services, advisory, and corporate sectors.
* Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, understanding their needs and challenges.
* Leverage your industry network to identify opportunities and open doors at senior levels.
* Collaborate with our investigators and analysts to deliver tailored, compelling solutions.
* Represent iSanctuary at industry events and in high-level client conversations.
* Own the full sales cycle—from prospecting and pitching to closing deals.
Required Experience:
* 5+ years of proven success in professional services sales—investigations, risk, compliance, or similar fields.
* An extensive network of industry contacts and strong relationships across relevant sectors.
* Deep understanding of regulatory, legal, or financial ecosystems.
* Excellent communication skills, confident engaging with senior decision-makers.
* Commercially driven, with integrity and a client-first mindset.
* Based in Cambridge, or able to commute regularly.
