Job Description
Position: Geotechnical Welder/ Skilled Laborer
Travel: regional, PA, MD and DE
Start Date: Mid to Late June 2025
We are currently looking for certified Welders to join our Geotechnical Group across PA and other locations throughout the Mid Atlantic. Work is performed outdoors year round. Employees will be exposed to wet, muddy, cold, hot and humid weather conditions.
This individual must have the ability to communicate and work well with others. Experience in earth work, drilling, concrete, welding and small tool operation is required. Qualified candidates must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation. Construction experience with caisson, tiebacks, welding, drill rig experience/knowledge, and/or concrete experience is a huge plus.
This is a safety sensitive position requiring work on construction sites with various safety hazards inherent in heavy construction.
This position is subject to drug testing and compliance policies associated with our status as a Federal Contractor.

Qualifications:
* High School Diploma or GED
* Welding certification is required
* Reliable transportation and Valid Driver's License
* Construction experience is preferred
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Responsibilities:
* Carry, load, or unload materials
* Dig with picks, shovels, air hammers, jack hammers or other construction-related equipment as required
* Arrive at project site on time and participate in job discussions and daily safety meetings
* Lift and place lagging boards onto shoring walls
* Work with and maintain construction-related equipment (grout machines, drilling machines, compressors)
* Handle hoses for all types of machines on the job site
* Ensure safety of self and others; wear proper PPE as directed
Physical Requirements:
* Lift up to 60 pounds from ground to waist level and 30 pounds above shoulder level throughout work shift
* Stand and walk continuously during the shift
* Climb ladders and work at heights up to 150 feet
* Bend, squat, kneel, crawl, and perform fine manipulation tasks
* Work on uneven surfaces and in confined spaces
* Have acceptable corrected vision and hearing
* Work outdoors in various weather conditions
