Principal Consultant – Financial Services (Contracts - Development / Projects & Change)
London (Hybrid – 3 days onsite, 2 days remote)

As part of our continued growth in London, we’re looking for a Principal Consultant to join our Financial Services practice. This is a senior, high-impact role where you’ll lead from the front, owning and growing a market, driving strategic client relationships and playing a key role in expanding our Financial Services offering.
What will you be doing?
* You’ll join a high-performing Financial Services team, operating at the heart of London’s tech and transformation landscape.
* Own and grow a Financial Services market, driving both new business and account expansion
* Lead strategic business development, introducing innovative approaches that unlock growth
* Partner with clients across technology and transformation programmes, acting as a trusted advisor
* Expand service lines within existing accounts while identifying new opportunities across the sector
* Leverage your network to generate new opportunities and build long-term, high-value partnerships
* Act as a market leader and brand ambassador, representing Harvey Nash through events, forums and thought leadership
* Collaborate across the wider Harvey Nash Group to cross-sell, share knowledge and maximise opportunity
* Support and mentor junior consultants, contributing to the growth and success of the wider team

Who are you?
* A proven track record in Financial Services recruitment, with a strong focus on either Technology or Transformation
* Deep knowledge of sectors such as Banking, Insurance or Investment Management
* Demonstrated success in business development and/or scaling key client accounts
* Experience delivering in fast-paced or highly competitive recruitment environments
* A consultative, relationship-led approach with the ability to operate as a trusted advisor
* Strong commercial mindset with a focus on results, growth and long-term value
* Experience mentoring or developing others within a team environment
* Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder management skills
* High levels of integrity, professionalism and personal accountability
